Community Literacy Classes
To enable those, who, for any reason, cannot access the LINC program, to function in English at both elementary and intermediate levels, or possibly at an advanced level (depending on the ability of the students).

Parenting and Literacy

Community Literacy Classes
This class is specifically geared for refugees and immigrants who are in need of improved literacy and language skills and who share an interest in learning how to parent effectively in a new culture.
Institution: Edmonton Mennonite Centre for Newcomers (EMCN)
Minimum CLB Level: Literacy
Full or Part Time: Part-time

LEX - General ESL Literacy

Community Literacy Classes
ESL Literacy focuses on the foundations of reading and writing and is for those students with low or no literacy in their native language. LEX is a continuous enrolment program, open to permanent residents, citizens and refugees. This class is in -person.
