NCIN Wellness Fair

North Central Inter agency Network

A free family fair for all to enjoy! Enjoy various wellness activities with the family. Catholic Social Services will be there!

Date: Saturday, November 16

Time: 1 - 4 pm 

Location: Queen Mary Park Community League, 10844 117 Street 

Activities include a Jingle dancer, meditation and tai chi demonstration, a wall of gratitude, stress management workshop, financial literacy for youth, community organizations booths and free refreshments.
