Taking the Canadian Language Benchmarks (CLB) language assessment

Booking Your CLB

In order to take a language assessment, you must have a file opened with LARCC. If you do not have a file with LARCC you must come in to our office and have your file opened before booking an assessment.  We do not book appointments through email.


We need to know certain information about you before we can arrange an appointment for the most appropriate CLB language assessment.

If you’ve never received services at LARCC before, you can come to our office and do a walk in (no appointment needed). Our Intake Staff will open a service file and schedule an appointment for your CLB language assessment.

Please remember that the language assessment can only be taken once every 12 months. If you need to cancel or reschedule a test date, please call us immediately. We do not accept cancelations or reschedule appointments by email.
