A progressive program designed to meet the English language proficiency requirement for undergraduate admission at the University of Alberta. 3 levels are offered: EAP 135, EAP 136 and EAP 137.

This is an intensive course designed to build the language skills necessary for students to be effective, independent participants in graduate studies at an English language university.

Our modules focus on listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills as well as strategies to enhance overall communication within a healthcare context. Nursing-related themes include documentation, reporting, history-taking and therapeutic communication. The progrram for CLB 6 and CLB 7 is 10 weeks long, and for CLB 8 is 8 weeks long.

This program focuses on helping health professionals be more easily understood by patients, their families, and the healthcare team. All content contains medical vocabulary, exercises, and role-play scenarios that are specific to a medical setting. Partic

LINC Home Study is a free program intended to meet the needs of those unable to attend English classes in person due to shift work, lack of transportation, or caring for a family member. This program is based on the Canadian Language Benchmarks and addresses a broad range of settlement topics.
