Equips newcomers of all educational backgrounds and levels of experience with employment-related skills and supports to access, and succeed in, the Canadian labour market.

Employment Readiness

The Career Leap program assists clients with entering or re-entering the workforce. Provides employment preparation supports through individualized short-term training (workshops, job coaching, online courses) job placement, direct job matching, and unpaid work exposure. This program is for Edmonton residents who are transitioning into other industries, or shifting careers entirely; also for employers who are looking for trained staff. The length of this program is 16 weeks of Transition to Employment Services (TES). The intake for this program is continuous

English as a Second Language (ESL)
